Public Offer Agreement

This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) of Monetre (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and defines the terms and conditions of purchase of goods through the website monetre.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

By placing an order on the Website, the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) confirms acceptance of this Offer and enters into a legally binding agreement with the Seller under the terms below.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay and accept the goods in accordance with this Offer.
1.2. The goods, prices, and descriptions are published on the Website and may be updated by the Seller without prior notice.

2. Ordering Procedure

2.1. The Buyer places an order through the Website by filling in the required fields and providing accurate information.
2.2. The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Seller (via email or invoice).
2.3. Customized or made-to-measure goods are produced strictly according to the Buyer’s measurements and/or requirements provided at the time of order.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. Prices for goods are indicated on the Website and in the Seller’s invoices.
3.2. Payment is made by bank card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other available methods.
3.3. Unless otherwise agreed, payment for all orders is made in full (100% prepayment) before production begins..

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery is carried out by international courier services (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or others) to the address provided by the Buyer.
4.2. Standard delivery time is 7–9 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country.
4.3. Delivery cost is borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Standard-size items may be returned within 7 business days after delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
5.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
5.3. Customized or made-to-measure goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Rights and Obligations

6.1. The Seller has the right to refuse an order if the Buyer provides incorrect information or fails to complete payment.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data for production and delivery.
6.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier companies.

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not liable for minor differences in color, fabric texture, or fit resulting from screen display variations or manual tailoring adjustments.
7.2. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered and paid for by the Buyer.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or, if necessary, in the competent courts of the Seller’s jurisdiction.
